What is the benefit of Mybonus Cartz Loyalty Program?

1. As a member, you are eligible for Personal Accident Insurance coverage of RM50,000 per year provided you pay the standard membership fee, a Malaysian with IC, age between 18 to 65 years old and must not be uniformed personnel. For non-eligible member, you can still enjoy other benefits. 

2. You can collect points whenever you go shopping: 

  • At any of Mybonus Cartz Ezeelink community merchants. 
  • Purchase online at www.mybonuscartz.com 
  • Top up your Mybonus Cartz member card and pay at any Ezeelink (Mobile Money) merchants or at any websites that accept Mobile Money Ezeelink card 
3. You can redeem your points for any products at any Mybonus Cartz merchants or online at www.mybonuscartz.com 

4.You can also transfer your points to other Mybonus Cartz members such as your spouses, children, friends or relatives.

5.You can do remittance using SMS from Mybonus Cartz Ezeelink card and many more.

How do I register my membership card?

Simple, just SMS your name, IC number and card number as per the instruction at the back of the Mybonus Cartz card

How much does it cost to become a member?

The membership fee is RM15 per year. Your membership is a life time membership. If you don’t renew and pay the membership fee the following year, only the personal accident insurance coverage will be expired. You can still use the card as usual.

Is there is any expiry date?

Your membership is a life time membership. If you don’t renew and pay the membership fee, you can still use the card to collect and redeem points and use all the services as usual. Only the personal accident insurance coverage will be expired. But if your card is not active for a year, your membership will be terminated.

How many points can I earn?


Our minimum point rate is for every RM1 spend, you will get 5 points (RM1 = 5 points). For example, if you spend RM10 at our participating merchants, you will get 50 points. However, some of our merchants may offer you higher points value.

What if I am not eligible for the insurance coverage?

You still pay the membership fee of RM15. Your account will be top up for RM10 whilst RM5 is the card cost. However, depending on the merchant, you may pay lower than RM15 for the card fee. Take note that there will be no insurance coverage for this.

How to top up Mybonus Cartz Ezeelink card?

You can top up FOC at any Mybonus Cartz and Ezeelink merchants or at Mybonus Cartz website www.mybonuscartz.com

How do I check my card points and top up balance?

You can check your balance at any Mybonus Cartz Ezeelink merchants for free. Alternatively, use your hand phone to call 03-2617 2722, we will SMS your balance & points and each reply we will charge 5 cents.

What if I lost my card?

You must call 03-2617 2799 as soon as you can, then go to any nearest Mybonus Cartz Ezeelink merchant to get a new card and SMS to register again, all existing points & money will be transferred to the new card. You will be charged RM5 for the card replacement by the merchant.

Can I have a sub-card?

You can have as many sub-cards as you want.


Can my sub-card buy the Personal Accident Insurance?

Yes, please go to Mybonus Cartz website to purchase the insurance.

Can I transfer my points?

Yes, you can transfer your points to other members online.

How much I have to pay, if I transfer points?

RM0.10 per transfer

Is there an expiry date for my Loyalty point?

No expiry, you can keep your points as long as you like. But if your card is not active for a year, your membership will be terminated.

If I change or lose my hand phone, what do I need to do?

Fax a copy of your IC & a letter of request to 03-8070 9516. Admin fee of RM10 will be charged.

Can I transfer the money in my card to banks?

Yes, you can visit Mybonus Cartz website to get it done.

Can I cash out the money in my card?

Yes, you may cash out the money in your card at any EzeeLink Service Center, a fee of RM0.50 + 1% of the amount you cash out will be imposed.


How do members renew their Personal Accident insurance?

We will send a reminder 14 days before the anniversary, you just need to make a miscall to renew your insurance or you can renew anytime online at Mybonus Cartz website.

How much does a member need to pay for the Personal Accident insurance?

Member pays RM15 for P.A. renewal

Can Members use their Loyalty points to renew their P.A. & buy P.A. for others?

Yes

Can I use my card to remit money to overseas?

Yes, currently you can remit money to Indonesia via SMS. You need to top up the card with the amount you want to sent plus charges of RM10.
